Chrome Extension - ImageX

ImageX is a Chrome extension that allows you to quickly toggle the display of images on and off using a simple toolbar button.

To use ImageX, you need to install it in your Chrome browser. You can also enable or disable the image loading on a site by site basis by changing the Content Settings for the page.

Enable or disable the display of images for the current page:

Click the ImageX icon in the Chrome toolbar.

Open the settings menu.

Click the "Enable image loads" option.

Enable image loads on pages:

ImageX supports all pages (http, https, file:// and ftp) that you visit. You can set a specific page for which you want image loads to be disabled.

When toggling on/off the image load you need to manually reload the page to see the changes.

ImageX doesn't store any personal information nor does it send or track any data to anyone. It uses Google Analytics to record when the tool is used. No personal information nor URLs are tracked.
